My son, top of Wildcat Mtn, long ago...
If we cancel on a day, we will then go the next Tuesday of the date we cancel.   We use a coach bus as that allows for storage underneath and still fits 40 or more members.
Equipment Storage:  Middle schoolers will store ski equipment in the locker rooms under the TMS gym.
For 1st time members, Pats is a large area, and the chaperones will be on the slopes at times, not just in a stationary place in the lodge all evening.  We patrol out there as that’s where the kids usually are.
Club spots are available on a first-come, first-served basis to all students at the Norris Road campus.   All students enroll for the program through the Pats Peak website to reserve seats.
Please submit all forms and payments for middle schoolers ( if payment not done online)  to Mr. Maslanka ( room 221) either before/during HR, or after school. Again, it is first come, first served. We reserve one coach bus only.  Due to costs, once seats are full, that is it.
The ski bus will have students from grades 6-12 on it. While at Pats, students are expected to be self-sufficient. We will show them where to go for rentals and lessons on the first day, but other than that all students are expected to be on their own at the mountain,  and able to find rentals or lessons on their own. They are responsible for their equipment, getting ready, getting everything on and on the slopes.
  • Our goal is not to exclude those that wish to play a winter sport or partake in theater, but you’ll need to check with any coach on any of those programs to ensure that it will all work out.  Most of those have every day practice, which would make it so this program is not an option.
